Privacy notice

We care, Nigel. Last updated 24 June 2026.

This page explains what data this website handles and why. We collect as little as possible, and you do not have to give us anything real to use the site.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visitors and see which pages are popular. It only loads after you accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. Where it runs, your IP address is anonymised. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner ask again.

When you pin a badge

If you choose to pin a badge to the map, you provide:

Your first name or initials, your district and your badge may be shown on the public map and on a shareable card. Because we only ever hold a first name and a district, a single pin does not identify you.

What we do not collect

Your pinned badge can reflect a political opinion, which is sensitive personal data. By pinning, you are choosing to make that opinion public yourself. Only pin if you are happy for it to be shown.

Why we can use it

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in public, factual, political expression, balanced against the very limited and largely self-chosen data involved, together with your choice to make a pin public.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep pins for the life of the campaign. You can ask us to remove your pin, or to see or delete any data about you, at any time using the contact route below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Who is responsible, and contact

The imprint naming who runs this campaign, and the contact address for privacy requests including deletion, will be shown here before launch.
